Fellhelm Collection Paths — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Fellhelm Collection Paths ("the App").

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Licence

Fellhelm Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Fellhelm Collection Paths within your own Shopify store.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the App
  • Copy, resell, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App to provide services to third parties
  • Use the App in violation of Shopify's terms

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Functionality

Fellhelm Collection Paths enables merchants to add curated navigation sections to collection pages.

We may:

  • Modify or improve features
  • Introduce plan-based limits
  • Update integrations due to Shopify platform changes

We are not responsible for platform-level changes made by Shopify.

4. Plans and Billing

Fellhelm Collection Paths offers free and paid plans.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system.

By subscribing, you authorise Shopify to charge your store.

Subscription charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

Uninstalling the App stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

We may update pricing or plan structure with reasonable notice.

5. Merchant Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • How the App is configured
  • All links, labels, and content displayed
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws

We do not review or monitor merchant content.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Required by Shopify
  • Continued use poses risk

Provisions relating to liability, indemnity, and intellectual property survive termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in Fellhelm Collection Paths remains the property of Fellhelm Ltd.

No ownership rights are transferred.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
